What is Design/Build?
It is a new concept in construction that is
growing rapidly due to its success.
How does it work?
First we will meet with
you, discuss the project, and establish a budget to target. Next we
will review the project and give an approximate cost for you to
build it. Upon your satisfaction, we will enter into a Design/Build
agreement.
What is the agreement?
We will design the
project and attach a detailed estimate to it. Now you will know
exactly what you are getting and how much it will cost.

Is there a fee?
Yes. Approximately 2% of
the project’s cost. (Slightly higher on small jobs.)

Based upon your
decision to move forward, we will enter into a contract to build the
